These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DocumentOps and our compliance tracking and renewal services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

DocumentOps provides business license and permit tracking, renewal reminders, and managed renewal services. While we strive for accuracy, licensing requirements change frequently and we recommend verifying requirements with local agencies.

Renewal Guarantee

On our managed plans (Track + Renew and Full DocumentOps), we guarantee timely submission of renewal applications. If a renewal is missed due to our error, we will reimburse the resulting late fee up to $5,000 per incident, subject to the conditions outlined in your service agreement.
